His new restaurant, IKIGAI, follows a philosophy of sustainability, happiness, and fulfillment. James focuses on balance, wellness and honesty of products from locally sourced organic ingredients. Dinner includes a set menu of canapés, a choice of 4 mains, and Dess Art.
