PETER GORLA joins Outrigger as corporate director loyalty & partnership marketing and MARIO QUEZADA as creative director.

GORLA leads the implementation and optimization of the Outrigger DISCOVERY loyalty program (in partnership with Global Hotel Alliance) to increase cross-brand and repeat revenue; drive member enrollment and guest acquisition; and raise brand awareness. He will also develop strategies and implement tactics to maximize the value of our global partnerships and direct the development and optimization of the Outrigger Platinum Membership Program.

Gorla was most recently head of product & managing director for Ribbon Labs, a next-generation social-planning platform. Before that, he was chief marketing officer and head of product at Hospitality Marketing Concepts (HMC) and head of product & managing director at VOILÀ Hotel Rewards, a division of HMC. Familiar with resorts, Gorla was chief marketing & technology officer for Taunovo Bay in Viti Levu, Fiji, and with video streaming and music, he was vice president of product development for LAUNCH Media and founder and CEO/CTE of MUSICVIDEOS.com.

Gorla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and certifications in Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Artificial Intelligence, IBM.

QUEZADA will bring the brand’s global organization’s marketing objectives to life and continue to elevate the corporate and property brands through conceptual and stylistic executions of integrated projects and campaigns.

Most recently CEO/chief brand strategist at Made X Maker, Quezada was also visual design director for 42 Entertainment in Pasadena, Calif., and creative director for 3 Pin Media where he helped win several awards.

Quezada holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Pasadena Art Center College of Design in Graphic Design/New Media and is certified as a Level C Brand Specialist and Strategist.
