With an investment exceeding 340 million, Thaiwatsadu is set to open a new branch in Loei Province, marking its 72nd branch nationwide.
Spanning over 16,000 square meters, the newly opened branch of Thaiwatsadu in Loei Province offers a comprehensive selection of construction materials, home furnishings, and home repair products. This expansive range caters to the needs of both industrial and construction businesses, as well as the tourism industry following the economic recovery.
Loei Province boasts excellent transportation infrastructure, making it a highly accessible destination. This advantageous feature facilitates convenient travel and connectivity for people from all regions. Moreover, Loei is home to six border trade channels that link Thailand and Lao PDR, further stimulating both the local and international economies.

Notably, the recent opening of the Loei branch marks the company’s 72nd branch nationwide and the 15th branch in the northeastern region of Thailand. An investment budget of 340 million baht has been allocated for this venture.”
He continued, “Loei Province holds significant economic potential within the northeastern region of Thailand. It has witnessed notable growth in various sectors, including industry, services, and private investment. Moreover, Loei serves as an important international trade route. Thaiwatsadu has been actively expanding its presence in the northeastern region of Thailand, with a total of 14 branches already opened in 12 provinces. These branches include Surin, Buriram, Sakon Nakhon, Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani, Roi Et, Mahasarakham, Mukdahan, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lamphu, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima (Hua Thale), and Pak Chong. Each of these branches has been well received by customers in their respective areas, recognizing the company’s commitment to offering a comprehensive range of construction materials and home decoration products. In 2023, Thaiwatsadu has set a goal of opening 10 new branches, and as of June, it has successfully launched 7 of them. Thaiwatsadu also has a continuous plan to further expand its presence. By the end of this year, it aims to achieve a total of 80 branches strategically located in all significant areas across the country, as per its planned expansion efforts.
