This Fall, celebrate the spirit of Thanksgiving with your family and friends over a sumptuous dinner at Trader Vic’s, the iconic Polynesian restaurant at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort. Enjoy a festive buffet of seasonal favourites, followed by a choice of exquisite main courses and desserts, all served in a serene riverside setting.

Trader Vic’s lively, performative main dining room will feature a pre-dinner buffet with selection of fresh chuck oyster with condiment, as well as assorted artisanal cheese, cold cuts and fresh Thai and western salads from the buffet.

For the main course, guests can choose one of the three options, each prepared with the finest ingredients and served directly to the table: turkey roulade stuffed with mushroom and serve with butter squash and apple cider jus, Chilean sea bass with white wine sauce, or Hakata Wagyu A4 with smoked red chimichurri and truffle potato pave, served sizzling from the grill.
