Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) announced today, that it is making rapid progress with the construction of The Forestias, Thailand’s largest property development project, valued at Bht 125,000 million.

It is the world’s first town to have every aspect purposefully designed for healthier and happier living.

According to the company, 95% of utilities and tunneling work are now completed,
residential components are being constructed on schedule, and Bht 4,000 million in
deposited bookings have been made, despite the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The development’s unique Bht 1,400 million ‘Forest Pavilion’ is also ready to open to the public in the first quarter of 2021 to showcase sample residential units as well as offer an immersive experience to demonstrate the overall concept of The Forestias.

Located on Bang Na-Trad Road km 7, The Forestias includes multiple residential components with villas and condominiums aimed at a diverse range of lifestyles and family sizes across 398 rais (64 hectares).

The Forestias is strategically located on the Eastern Economic Corridor which is predicted to be the fastest growing development corridor in Thailand, and has easy access to major highways and mass transportation systems.
