PRAN invites all interested parties to its Open House, from 26-29 November 2020, where registered attendants will be eligible for privileges up to 1.5M Baht

Jye Land Co. Ltd., a real estate developer in Thailand, is unveiling PRAN, a collection of five exclusive homes in Soi Pattanakarn 32 designed to “Breathe New Life into Family” with a natural, Danish-inspired aesthetic.

Each of the 5-story homes features an upside-down living design; placing communal areas on the topmost floor surrounding a Sky Garden, a penthouse-style master bedroom on the 4th floor, additional bedrooms on the 3rd floor, a 2nd floor that invites residents to “Create Your Own Space,” and a first-floor parking area able to accommodate up to five vehicles. The development’s five homes offer from 520 sqm. to 680 sqm. of living space on plots ranging from 160 sqm. to 279 sqm. Prices start at 29.9M Baht, or 55,500-65,000 Baht per sqm.

Upside-down living transforms a traditional house plan to maximize views from the property. Living areas are moved from the lower floors to upper stories so that homeowners can enjoy more scenic views of their surroundings.

The developers of PRAN explain, “The motivation behind PRAN is to create a home for life in the present day as well as the future.” PRAN’s home office floorplan is suitable for a range of mixed uses, from domestic to work life. Thoughtful details in the design combine a sense of openness, comfort, and limitless potential. Flexible spaces support owners looking for a home that accommodates their personal and professional growth.

The homes are constructed from carefully selected, top quality materials to provide confidence along with value. Air-gapped double brick walls provide enhanced privacy; floor-to-ceiling Low-Emissivity windows are covered in PVB film; amenities include extra-wide Kone elevators, sanitary ware from Kasch, kitchen fixtures from Smeg, and many more elements curated to elevate everyday living.

PRAN is located in Soi Pattanakarn 32; just a 10-minute drive to key Bangkok neighborhoods including On Nut, Ekamai, and Thonglor.
