Staged on Easter Sunday, 31 March (12:00 to 15:30 hrs), this unmissable dining experience will showcase plenty of seasonal favorites, global flavors, interactive live stations and exciting activities in an inviting farmhouse kitchen-style setting.

Every meal can start with a crisp and colorful Salad Bar, including Western and Thai salads such as a freshly mixed Caesar bowl and spicy som tum (Thai papaya salad), plus a selection of Antipasti & Breads with smoked meats and salmon, premium cheeses and plenty of garnishes and accompaniments. Sunday brunch would not be the same without Seafood on Ice, and Reap Factory features French and Korean oysters, succulent white shrimp, Andaman rock lobster, blue swimming crab and black mussels, and a dedicated Japanese Station will present hand-cut sushi, sashimi and maki.

A series of sublime Soups and enticing Appetizers, including spring rolls, chicken karaage and Japanese tempura, will prepare guests for the main event: a Carving Station with roasted leg of lamb, the traditional dish of Easter, plus honey-roasted ham, roasted Australian beef striploin and all the trimmings. À La Minute Seafood will see fresh river prawns, rock lobster, blue crab, salmon and squid cooked to-order, and fans of Italian cuisine can choose their own Pasta & Pizza, cooked to perfection.

And of course, this global gastronomic adventure will highlight authentic Thai Flavors with a series of delicious dishes like wok-fried chicken with cashew nuts, Thai green curry with pork, and stir-fried shrimp with black bean & vegetables, plus a Thai Noodle Soup Live Station where diners can enjoy signature Thai boat noodles with mouth-watering wagyu beef and pork.

In the spirit of Easter, every meal can end on a sweet note with a choice of Thai & International Desserts, including Easter chocolates, meringue wreaths and spring animal cupcakes, plus a Dessert Live Station serving rainbow waffle ice cream. Throughout the afternoon, every guest will be kept entertained with DJ tunes and children will be able to enjoy activities such as Easter egg painting.
