Curated by the acclaimed Chef de Cuisine, Nick Gannaway, this buffet is a gastronomic celebration featuring the finest seasonal produce sourced from around the world. Signature dishes include the Salt-Baked Barramundi from the Andaman Sea, Whole Smoked Premium Cuts of Meat
featuring Australian A4 Wagyu Beef, Kurobuta Pork Belly, and homegrown Kurobuta Pork. Our pasta selection is exclusively Italian, finished with a sauce of your choice.
Each live cooking station spotlights superb, ingredient-driven fare, including sumptuous Australian A4 wagyu beef, smoked wagyu brisket, Tomahawk steaks, maple-glazed ham, snow crab from Hokkaido, and sustainably caught Thai barramundi and trevally. Additionally, the Culinary Celebration Dinner Buffet will also include locally harvested bountiful salad bars, sushi and fresh seafood on ice, and an array of decadent desserts.
The Culinary Celebration Dinner Buffet is offered at THB 2,800 net per person (excluding beverages) and will be served daily from 6 to 10 p.m.
