Chef Waii, the mastermind behind all its creations, crafts diverse menus from locally-sourced ingredients throughout Thailand.  Every dish has its own uniqueness that harmonises perfectly and beyond expectations.  This charm draws food enthusiasts from far and wide longing to experience this memorable culinary journey at least once in a lifetime.

Chef Waii and Cape Kudu Hotel are united in their commitment to sustainable environmental conservation and supporting local communities and fishermen dedicated to environmentally-conscious fishing practices.  Chef Waii will curate a symphony of flavours using local vegetables from Koh Yao Noi, fresh seafood and rare deep-sea fish from Andaman Sea caught by local fishermen.  Each dish is all expertly prepared with his techniques and boundless creativity to satisfy a gastronomic adventure where cultural boundaries dissolve, known as the ‘Borderless Cuisine’.
