The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to explore an extensive selection of Surf & Turf with its EPIC Dinner Buffet exclusively throughout July and August 2024. Available every Friday and Saturday, the buffet feast offers a vast choice of delectable dishes from land to sea, served directly to the table.

Indulge in a premium all-you-can-eat seafood extravaganza, featuring river prawns, tiger prawns, barramundi fillets, king mackerel, New Zealand mussels, sweet local sea snails, squid, scallops and a selection of the finest oysters such as Fine de Claire, Fine de Normandie, and Irish oysters, freshly grilled or steamed to the guest’s liking, complemented by a variety of delectable sauces, including Jaew sauce (Thai chili dipping sauce), Thai seafood sauce, BBQ sauce, rosemary jus, lemon butter sauce, Chardonnay cream sauce and mustard sauce. Each guest will also enjoy a special serving of Boston lobster, prepared either as lobster thermidor or grilled lobster.

The feast continues with special stations further to elevate the experience, including a tartare station with freshly prepared salmon, tuna, and hamachi, while a homemade pasta station serves freshly made Truffle Fettuccine and Duck Ravioli with Pumpkin. A rotating option of Lobster Bisque and Black Truffle Cream Soup is served at the soup station, and an unlimited à la carte menu features freshly prepared items, including all-you-can-order Spicy Oyster SaladOctopus Salad “alla Mediterranea”, and Baked Caviar Oyster.

At the carving station, rotating weekly highlights present Porchetta with Apple Sauce and succulent Roasted Lamb Leg, while other meats at the grill station include Australian Wagyu BeefGrilled Yaki Tori Skewers, and BBQ Pork Ribs. Completing the feast is a full salad bar, an aperitivo counter with a wide selection of local and imported cheese and cold cuts, as well as an Asian corner with authentic local flavors. To complement the savory offerings, the expanded dessert station presents a variety of treats, from Exotic Coconut Cake and Mango Sticky Rice Verrine to Tropical Baba au Rhum and an assortment of ice creams and traditional Thai desserts.

EPIC Grilled Seafood & BBQ Dinner Buffets are available every Friday and Saturday throughout July and August, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM for THB 2,500++ per person, including coffee and tea at VIU Restaurant, showcasing unique panoramic views over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds and the incredible Bangkok night skyline. The restaurant is located on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok.
