Summer Palace at InterContinental Bangkok introduces an unparalleled all-you-can-eat dim sum menu crafted by the Executive Chinese Chef Yau Sui Wing. Available for lunch every day of the week, guests are invited to savor a selection of dim sum prepared in true Hong Kong style.

Priced at just THB 1,150++ per person, the extensive menu features a variety of dim sum delicacies, all prepared using classic techniques of steaming, baking, stir-frying, and deep-frying. Each dish promises an authentic taste of Cantonese cuisine, enhanced by Chef Yau’s expertise and culinary passion.

Chef Yau Sui Wing, a native of Hong Kong, brings with him over three decades of international culinary experience. A master of both fusion and traditional Cantonese cuisine, Chef Yau is a two-time recipient of Michelin accomplishments from Hong Kong and Shanghai. His profound understanding of flavors and dedication to culinary excellence is reflected in every dish on the menu.

The dim sum menu features an array of tantalizing options. Steamed delights include the classic Ha Gao prawn dumplings and a sophisticated black truffle dumpling with vegetable and fresh mushrooms. Wok-fried turnip cake, served with Chef Yau’s own XO sauce, and a baked fresh milk and egg white tart, offer a delightful taste experience. Crispy deep-fried selections such as king crab meat and avocado spring rolls, and chives, scallop, and shrimp mini pancakes promise a crispy, flavorful bite.

Beyond dim sum, the all-you-can-eat menu includes a selection of appetizers, soups, main courses, and desserts. Appetizers feature Cantonese favorites like barbecued pork ribs with honey sauce and jellyfish with chili and cucumber. The soups listing includes a hot and sour Sichuan soup with shrimps, while mains feature dishes such as fried rice chicken with salted fish and wok-fried egg noodle with roasted duck and XO sauce. To conclude the meal, guests can enjoy desserts like black sesame dumpling with ginger tea and chilled sago with pomelo.

Available daily at Summer Palace from 11.30 to 14.30 hours, the all-you-can-eat dim sum menu is priced at THB 1,150++ per person.
