Drawing from the best of Malaysia’s farms as well as local endemic ingredients, Jimmy Ophorst from 1-Michelin-starred PRU joins hands with Masashi Horiuchi at Potager to present an exclusive degustation menu celebrating Malaysian terroir.

Ben Devlin from Pipit in northern New South Wales will integrate native Australian bush foods with Malaysian-grown produce to deliver a semi-fine tasting plant-forward menu at Yellow Fin Horse.

Locavore champion Johnson Ebenezer of Farmlore, Bangalore, will team up with local KL’s Shaun Ng of Hide to create an exclusive degustation menu exploring Malaysia’s diverse rich biodiversity.
