Located in the vibrant district of Ari, known for its perfect blend of work, life, and play, Pearl Art Space is uniquely housed in a stunning pearl-shaped dome. This new venue is set to enhance the area’s cultural landscape with its Art of Living concept. Our carefully curated exhibitions aim to inspire and provide everyone with the opportunity to experience the profound beauty of art. In celebration of our opening, Pearl Art Space presents two exhibitions: “New Day” and “Whispers of the Sea”, running from August 9, 2024. These exhibitions promise to offer meaningful and inspiring artistic experiences.
“New Day” is an exhibition featuring works by four male artists: StupidnoobMacc,
Oreojimnom, The Jum, and ToomtamGX. Inspired by the concept of fresh beginnings, this exhibition captures the essence of overcoming challenges and embracing new opportunities. Each piece reflects the artists’ personal journeys and experiences, highlighting their perseverance despite uncertainties about making a living from art. They have seized opportunities and invested their utmost effort into their work, marking a significant milestone in their lives as they face new beginnings. The exhibition portrays unique characters that embody resistance and rebellion against external pressures, symbolizing resilience in the face of adversity. The artists hope viewers will connect with this narrative and find parallels to their own lives, drawing inspiration and solace to move forward with renewed vigor.
Another exhibition aimed to bring joy and inspiration is “Whispers of the Sea,” a solo show by artist Wanpen Unchundacha. This collection of paintings is deeply influenced by the artist’s profound fascination with the ocean. To her, the sea represents a unique blend of tranquility and beauty. Every time she is near the water, she perceives the whispers of the waves, unveiling hidden stories and the mysteries of nature, sparking curiosity about 
what lies beneath the calm surface and the narratives the waves convey. She employs watercolor to capture these themes, as its qualities align perfectly with the natural essence of the sea, reflecting its transparency and fluidity. The paintings in this exhibition explore the sea’s varied facets, from its serene beauty to its vibrant movement. Through her work, she hopes viewers will feel the same sensations and wonder she experiences when standing on the shoreline.
You are cordially invited to attend the Grand Opening of Pearl Art Space and the opening reception of the exhibitions “New Day” and “Whispers of the Sea” on Friday, August 9, 2024, from 5 PM onward. The exhibitions will be open to the public from August 9 to September 8, 2024, at Pearl Art Space, located at Pearl Art Bangkok (BTS Ari, Exit 1) with daily opening hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.
