Amid an ambiance filled with happiness and inspiration, a new art space in the heart of Ari, Pearl Art Space, has officially opened its doors with two exhibitions. “New Day,” a group exhibition by four artists—StupidnoobMacc, Oreojimnom, The Jum, and ToomtamGX—is inspired by the idea of fresh beginnings. The second exhibition, “Whispers of the Sea,” is a solo exhibition by Wanpen Unchundacha, showcasing paintings inspired by the artist’s deep passion for the ocean. Housed under a stunning pearl-shaped dome, Pearl Art Space is poised to infuse the Ari area with the vibrant colors of the Art of Living.

The exhibition “New Day” is inspired by the idea of fresh beginnings, capturing the essence of moving past challenges and embracing a new dawn. It aims to inspire viewers to find joy and strength in starting anew, reflecting the artist’s personal journey and experiences. The artist’s path in creating this exhibition began with a lifelong passion for art and design, starting from childhood. Despite uncertainties about making a living from art, the artist persevered, seizing opportunities and pouring their best effort into each one. This exhibition marks another significant point in their life, ready to face new beginnings.

New Day” mirrors the artist’s perspective on overcoming difficulties and finding encouragement to start afresh. It symbolizes the resilience to face and rise above hardships, illustrated through their characters, who embodies resistance and rebellion against external pressures. The exhibition tells a story of enduring struggles and transforming them into creative energy. The artist hopes viewers will connect with this narrative and draw parallels to their own lives, finding solace and inspiration to move forward with renewed vigor.

The exhibition “Whispers of the Sea” is inspired by the artist’s deep passion for the ocean. The sea is a place of unparalleled tranquility and beauty. Whether it’s a calm, quiet sea or a windy, tumultuous one, every moment spent near the ocean feels like hearing the whispers of the waves, telling hidden stories and the mysteries of nature. Its ever-changing nature makes it a fascinating and captivating subject. The artist is often curious about what lies beneath the seemingly calm surface or the stories of journeys told by the waves.

The choice of watercolor as the medium is deliberate, as it aligns perfectly with the nature of the sea. Watercolor’s unique properties reflect the transparency and fluidity of water, much like the continuous, uncontrollable movement of the waves. This medium allows the artist to capture the changes in light and shadow, as well as the shifting colors depending on the time of day and weather conditions. These elements are integral to the beauty and mystery of the sea.

This exhibition aims to convey these feelings through each painting. Each piece represents the beauty and mystery of the sea as perceived and experienced by the artist. It is hoped that viewers will feel the peace and excitement that the sea offers, just as the artist does when standing on the shore. The paintings in this exhibition portray various perspectives of the sea, from serene beauty to lively movement. It is hoped that viewers will find joy and inspiration from the whispers of the sea that the artist endeavors to communicate through this collection.
