Available every day for lunch and dinner from 11.00 to 21.00 hrs., the ‘Pasta Perfetto’ selection at COAST Beach Club & Bistro serves some of the most popular pasta favourites in Italy, region by region. Using authentic Italian pasta and some of the finest ingredients, each dish is prepared in its own signature styles to delight your taste buds. From the decadent to the everyday staple, some of the must-try highlights include Mushroom Florentine tagliatelle – a comfort creamy pasta dish inspired by the region of Florence, and Creamy Tuscan chicken penne – a classic pasta favourite that showcases all the flavour of the coast of Tuscany.
