The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 3 Travel Health Notice for Andorra due to COVID-19, indicating a high level of COVID-19 in the country.  Visit the Embassy’s COVID-19 page for more information on COVID-19 in Andorra.  
Entry to Andorra can only be done via Spain and France.  There are restrictions in place in both of these countries affecting U.S. citizen entry into Andorra.
