In keeping with the Taste of Waldorf Astoria legacy of culinary excellence and creation of some of the world’s most beloved dishes, our chefs have been busy designing exceptional festive menus for the holiday indulgence.

Let the Christmas cheer commence with a Festive Afternoon Tea in the iconic setting of Peacock Alley or a sundowner to remember at The Loft on Level 56. Indulge in a palate-tickling Thai lunch or dinner at Front Room, classic French bistro food in the relaxed ambience of The Brasserie, and refined steakhouse offerings at sophisticated Bull & Bear. Festive Afternoon Tea at Peacock Alley

Delight in the exquisite sight and flavors of our joyful Festive Afternoon Tea, served in the iconic setting of Peacock Alley with its brass Art Deco-inspired clock that inspires our regular guests to say: “Meet me at the clock”.

Inspired by the most joyful season of the year, executive pastry chef Andrea Noli presents sweet and savory delights including: White Chocolate, Lychee and Raspberry Candle; Snowfall Mint Macaron; Tangerine and Coffee Tartelette; Lobster Ink Sphere, Clotted Cream Cheese, Ikura Roe; Waldorf Astoria’s signature Truffle Egg, Warm Egg Yolk, Truffle Sauce; Hamachi Ceviche and a Christmas present!

The festive afternoon tea is available from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is priced at THB 2,200++ per set for two.

Exclusively available for the holiday season, bring a heart-warming smile to the faces of your loved ones with the two festive artisanal cakes; Snow White (priced at THB 1,800 nett / two pounds) – Lemon Sponge, Strawberry Jelly with Lime, Passion Fruit Cremoux and Coconut Mousse; or Dome Present (priced at THB 2,200 nett / two pounds) – Dark Chocolate 56% Mousse, Cherry Jelly, Chocolate Ganache, Fruitcake with Mix Candy. Special Festive Menu at Front Room

Enjoy the palate-tickling, authentic flavors of Thai dishes inspired by “ros mue Mae”, or “Mom’s cooking”, created by Chef Sarocha (Bua) Rajatanawin and her team for lunch and dinner.          Front Room was recently recognized and listed by 50 Best Discovery, the expert-curated collection of 2,000 fine drinking and dining destination around the world.

Exclusively available from December 24, 2021 – January 2, 2022, guests may also embark on a journey through the regions of Thailand with our special Kanom Jeen menu. Options include Kanom Jeen Naam Phrik Goong Mae Naam Yang or the Central region’s Rice Vermicelli, River Prawn, Homemade Chili paste and Seasonal Vegetable; and Kanom Jeen Gaeng Tai Pla Goong Whan or the Southern region’s Rice Vermicelli, Fish Curry Paste, Fish Organs, Sweet White Prawn and Seasonal Vegetable.

Front Room is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (last order), and for dinner from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (last order). A la carte items range from THB 280++ – THB 980++.

On Christmas Eve (Friday, December 24, 2021)

The Brasserie –  For a cozy and relaxed Christmas Eve evening with the loved ones, celebrate at The Brasserie with our generous feast of classic French bistro fare prepared by the talented culinary team.

Enjoy unlimited shellfish from the live cooking station; fresh beef or seafood tartare & ceviche; charcuterie such as 36-Month-Aged Iberico Ham & terrines; cheese and foie gras; a choice of soup; a choice of main course, perhaps Lobster Thermidor or Roast Lamb Rack, Polenta Cheese, Garlic Sauce; followed with plentiful desserts including Red Wine Macaron, Figs & Strawberry Mousse, and Milk Chocolate with Pears & Ginger Crumble.

The semi-buffet dinner is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at THB 2,700++ per person (food only) and THB 1,700++ for child aged 6-12 years.

Bull & Bear With its standing as an upscale steakhouse, Bull & Bear is perfect for a sophisticated year-end celebratory dinner at either sunset, or after-dark. The steakhouse’s culinary team will serve up a refined Christmas Eve set dinner that includes: King Fish Crudo with Jalapeno & Thai Basil Vinaigrette; Seared Wild Turbot with Braised Fennel, White Asparagus, Champagne Cream and Caviar; Grilled Wagyu Striploin with Smoked Chanterelle Mushroom, Asparagus, Marrow and Port Jus.

Sunset dinner (5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.) is priced at THB 4,500++ per person for four-course dinner (food only), or After-dark dinner (8:00 p.m. onwards) is priced at THB 5,500++ per person for       five-course dinner (food only).

On Christmas Day (Saturday, December 25, 2021)

The Brasserie –  Inspired by our New York flagship’s tradition of legendary Christmas lunches, The Brasserie’s Christmas Day Lunch is a three-hour feast with unlimited seafood on ice, an oyster bar, sushi & sashimi, fresh beef or seafood tartare & ceviche, charcuterie including 36-Month-Aged Iberico Ham & terrines, roast turkey with classic stuffing, an Asian corner with Peking duck and Hong Kong sucking pig, cheese and foie gras, Waldorf Astoria’s signature egg dishes (Egg Benedict, Truffle Egg, Chili Egg), a choice of soup and main course such as Lobster Thermidor or Grilled Wagyu Striploin, a live station serving Panettone Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream and Berry, a Chocolate Fountain, and a generous counter of Christmas-themed desserts including Ginger Bread Macaron, Santa Claus Choux, Stolen, and Red Wine Pear.

The Brasserie’s Christmas Day Lunch is available from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and is priced at THB 3,500++ per person (food only); THB 2,500++ per child aged 6-12 years.

Bull & Bear – On the last night of the year, treat yourself and your special ones to a sunset or after-dark dinner at sophisticated Bull & Bear, which carries on the steakhouse legacy of its Manhattan birthplace in iconic Waldorf Astoria New York.

Highlights of the discerning New Year’s Eve set dinner include: Carabineros & Alaskan King Crab with Mango-Chili Salsa and Avocado Lime; Coral Butter Poached Brittany Lobster served with Smoked Gnocchi; Wagyu Striploin MBS9 served with Braised Beef Brisket Pie, White Asparagus and Burgundy jus; and a special dessert to welcome in 2022.
