Recently added to our menu, our Chinese Head Chef Bruce Hui brings to life ‘Yum Cha’ an afternoon enjoyment with Chinese Tea. The unique experience features a selection of homemade Dim Sum, accompanied by a hot pot of tea to uplift the spirit and senses for a relaxing afternoon.

The ‘Yum Cha’ set features savory items, such as Abalone in golden soup, Shrimp Shu Mai, Xiao Long Bao, Deep-fried cheese dumpling with crab, Pan-fried fish dumpling with green chives, Pan-fried turnip cake with XO sauce, and some classic dishes along with delicious desserts such as Custard puff pastry and Sago with coconut milk served with cantaloupe.  Offered along is a stunning view of Bangkok and Chao Praya River.

Embracing the rich history of Chinese tea culture and indulging guests with a fine modern Chinese cuisine, Yào Restaurant is hosting a unique ‘Yum Cha’ experience every Saturday and Sunday, from 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm. Available at THB 1,888++ per set for 1 person.
