The collaboration between Thai Vietjet and MSIG aims to offer helpful and convenient protection choices for those traveling abroad with the airline, which covers medical expenses due to accidents and sickness (inclusive of COVID-19), damage or loss of baggage and personal belongings, etc. There are three types of the insurance bundled with tickets: a one-way plan at THB 159 (applied to all international routes), a round trip to other countries plan at THB 359 (applied to Vietnam and other countries travel, requiring medical expenses of USD 10,000), and a round trip to Singapore plan at THB 399 (applied to Singapore travel, requiring medical expenses of USD 30,000). All 3 packages include service from MSIG Assist, free 24-hour travel assistance worldwide. In case of sick or injured, requiring hospital admission, no payment advance is needed.
