Highlight for the diner is when you can craft your dishes by picking fresh seafood from the “Seafood Wall”, featuring many locally sourced marine treasures, including tiger prawns, crabs, rock lobsters, mussels and much more. Our Butchery Selections with Australian dry-aged beef, sirloin steak, flank steak, ribeye and top side. Colorful pots are pre-labelled with your preferred cooking technique such as stir-fried with garlic sauce, stir-fried with yellow curry sauce, stir-fried with black pepper sauce, steamed or grilled, the chefs will serve exactly what you want at the live cooking stations. Menu highlights only for July & August include stir-fried crab with yellow curry, steamed crab and seafood marinated in fish sauce. Every diner receives one complimentary ‘whole lobster served with spicy Thai herbal sauce’ dish.
At Praya Kitchen, Thai buffet restaurant, our talented chefs celebrate time-honored family recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation, while reviving some of the rarest recipes from all four regions of Thailand: North, Northeast, Central and South. Many of these distinctive delicacies are presented at the “Praya Showcase” – a series of live stations and interactive cooking corners that showcase the restaurant’s signatures, such as Thai-style crab curry. These local delights are presented alongside an extensive selection of pan-Asian and International favorites. Our kitchen team is attentive to work with sustainable suppliers, environmentally responsible farmers and small-scale fishing communities to source exceptional ingredients, including premium seasonal produce.
Praya Kitchen is located on 3rd Floor at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse, invites you to indulge in a variety of rare and authentic Thai menus, fresh seafood and premium meats every Thursday to Sunday dinner and Saturday & Sunday lunch. The buffet is offered at THB 1,688++ per person. All-you-can-drink juice package is at THB 200++. The 50% discount is applied for children 4-12 years old while children below 4 years old dine for free.
