Every day for dinner throughout February and March, The Dining Room at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok will welcome diners in ‘Oyster Paradise‘ as its Executive Chef David Senia and his talented culinary team carefully source and prepare some of the best oysters to serve. True to the name of the seasonal offer ‘Oyster Paradise’, each already-extravagant dinner spread at The Dining Room will feature a scrumptious free-flow variety of freshly-shucked oysters with an additional array of dining delights in which the succulent seafood treasure takes centre stage to satisfy your cravings.

Highlights for your tasting from the unlimited oyster station include the French favourite duo; Fine de Claire and Normandy, and an ocean-fresh selection of Irish and Korean oysters – all with a full array of condiments and seasonings.
