Red Sky is excited to announce the launch of its latest seasonal menu, focusing on the unique and delicious flavours of snails and frog legs. Masterfully crafted by Chef de Cuisine Christian Ham, the menu offers a variety of dishes that are sure to delight both the taste buds and the senses.

The menu highlights include Burgundy Snails, served Parisian style with Echiré butter, pink garlic and Italian parsley, and Provençal Style with tomatoes, pink garlic, Italian basil, and rosemary. Both versions are served with grilled French baguette and are priced at THB 950++ each.

The French Frog Legs section features dishes such as Meunière Baked with Echiré butter, pink garlic, Italian parsley, and grilled French baguette; Isigny Seared with banana shallots and stewed in Isigny cream, fresh tarragon, served with grilled French baguette; and the Alsatian Pan-Seared Schniederspäetle with white onions, cream, and black forest ham. All three dishes are priced at THB 1200++ each.

This snails and frog legs menu is available until 28 February 2023 at Red Sky Restaurant on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
