UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld has introduced a three-course Weekday Set Lunch menu. Guests are invited to indulge in a delightful Spanish lunch experience featuring exquisite dishes from Spanish Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso.

The menu includes an array of starters, main courses, and desserts to choose from, each made with the freshest and most flavourful ingredients. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, combined with the stunning panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline, ensures a memorable lunch experience.

The Weekday Set Lunch menu is available at a discounted price of THB 690++ per person, down from the original price of THB 999++. The price includes drinking water and a soft drink. For an additional THB 100++, guests can add to their experience with a choice of beer ‘cana’, a sangria, or a glass of Spanish white or red wine.

Guests can choose from a variety of starters: Duo of Croquettes (chorizo and mushroom); Tomato, strawberry and beetroot salad; Ajoblanco with red grapes, fresh herbs and croutons; Roasted red capsicum salad with quail egg and white anchovies; and Smoked salmon mille-feuilles with avocado aioli and creamy dressing. The main course selection offers diners a choice of Oxtail brioche sandwich ‘bocadillo’; Slow-cooked egg with ‘pisto manchego’ cheese; Iberian Plumilla pork with fresh herb butter and smoked eggplant purée; and Char-grilled salmon with roasted endives and orange sauce; and Spanish omelette “tortilla española.

To end the lunch experience on a sweet note, there are delightful desserts to choose from Grandma’s Caramel Custard or Roasted Oranges with Crumble and Saffron Creamy Yogurt. End the meal with Catunambu Spanish coffee or tea.
