Chatrium Grand Bangkok, the new icon of luxury hospitality in the heart of Siam, is inviting guests and local residents to discover a spectacular new era of gastronomy at Savio, an art-inspired dining destination that fuses the finest flavours of East and West and lets diner savour fantastic food, fine drinks and socialize in style.

Located on the ground floor of Chatrium Grand Bangkok, Savio is an elegant restaurant that immerses guests in a world of culinary theatre, with sizzling live stations and dramatic open kitchens. Diners can sit back and watch while talented chefs use the finest ingredients – including sustainable and locally sourced produce – to craft delectable dishes in front of their eyes. From fresh seafood to prime meats, contemporary interpretations of Thai classics, modern pan-Asian cuisine and world-class Western fare, every diner will be transported on an epicurean adventure to the four corners of the globe.

Every dining experience is brought to life by Savio’s eye-catching interior design, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood through the restaurant and eclectic artworks and installations that illuminate the walls and ceilings. So, whether you’re planning a bountiful breakfast, an inspiring lunch or amazing evening meal, Savio sets the stage for truly unforgettable occasions.

Overseeing these gastronomic journeys will be Executive Chef Darius Seitfudem, who has almost 20 years of professional experience in the kitchens of five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. With extensive knowledge in a wide range of styles, from French and Mediterranean fine-dining to Japanese, Italian and German cuisine, Chef Darius will bring his energy and creativity to every dish.

“Ever since Savio opened late last year, it has become one of downtown Bangkok’s most exciting new places to dine and unwind. Nestled in the heart of the city, surrounded by attractions and easily accessible from Siam BTS skytrain station, this is a culinary oasis where couples, families, groups of friends and colleagues can come and share uplifting dining experiences. My team and I are delighted to invite all our guests and local residents to enjoy the timeless pleasures of great food and good company at Savio,” Chef Darius commented.

Chef Darius will be ably assisted by a team of specialist chefs who are masters in their own culinary styles. Chef Pravin Baban Gayke is an expert in the art of Indian cuisine, having spent the last 14 years working in top restaurants in Thailand and his native India. At Savio, he will oversee a sublime selection of Indian dishes cooked in a traditional tandoor oven, plus a daily thali menu. Chef Natthawut Siha meanwhile, is a Thai national who has specialised in Chinese cuisine for more than two decades and will delight diners with his highly authentic Hong Kong recipes and handcrafted dim sum.

Of course, no meal is complete without a delicious dessert, and guests at Savio can look forward to tasting the artistic creations of Chef Thunyaporn Sripadung, a highly skilled Thai pastry chef who has worked in several leading hotels and pâtisseries. Most recently, she wowed diners at Wynn Palace Macau with her freshly baked pastries, handcrafted chocolates and other sweet treats.
