Make the day more special with a welcome glass of Champagne or a creative mocktail, exclusively on February 14, 2024, for lunch and dinner.

The romantic culinary journey showcases 21 handcrafted dishes made with locally sourced and imported products, including Oreo—Curry—Caviar and Pig Head—Foie Gras—Cherry, delicate seafood featuring Hamachi, Tuna, Langoustine, Trout, and Sea Bream, as well as ethically sourced meats highlighting Pancetta, Lamb, and Pork Cheek. Produce such as Snow Peas, Morels, Capsicum, Ginger, Melon, Tomatoes, and fresh herbs are sourced at their prime to ensure maximum freshness and flavour.

Add an extra pinch of sweetness to the occasion with creations highlighting Saffron—Mango—PandanCoffee Blossom—Vanilla, and Chocolate—Citrus, together with the unique add-ons featuring Caviar Doughnuts and Trout—Fennel—Dill—Kombu, along with a choice of house-made macarons, fruit jellies, chocolates, and other delights from IGNIV’s signature Candy Store to enjoy with coffee or tea, or to take home.

Setting itself apart from other fine dining establishments, the experience at IGNIV is warm and cozy. Sharing the spotlight with Chef David and Sous & Pastry Chef Arne Riehn is Restaurant Manager Regina D’Souza, who ensures every team member is engaging and attentive and embodies the true spirit of the IGNIV family.

On arrival, the IGNIV team warmly welcomes guests to sit at the kitchen counter, where you can enjoy welcome snacks and have the opportunity to interact with the chefs. They then invite the guests to their table to enjoy the rest of the meal, with short visits from chefs and service team members to share the stories behind each dish throughout the entire sharing experience.

The Valentine’s Day Menu at IGNIV Bangkok is available on February 14, 2024, for lunch (11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or 12:30 PM) and dinner (5:30 PM, 7:00 PM, or 8:30 PM) for THB 24,000++ per couple.
